  • We modified our DAC solution to expand our revenue streams

  • We turned our main focus to the DOC 

  • We identified 4 revenue streams and related target customers (tax credits, carbon credits, licensing, selling byproducts) and corresponding customers

  • Identified a strong licensing model for scaling

  • We had very insightful meetings with 25 incredible mentors 

  • Identified a strong licensing model for scaling 

  • Set up an additional pilot programs for our Carbon negative aggregate to gain market adoption 

  • Set up lab tests to optimize our Direct Ocean Capture tech

  • Set up lab cycles for cement aggregate performance tests

  • Made multiple strategic connections and relationships for news customers and advisors

WEEK 1 

FIRM FIRST STEPS

  • After meeting the Heritage Research Group we discovered we will be able to run all of the lab tests to quantify & optimize our three CO2 solutions

  • We have been approached by multiple very well aligned funds & investment groups this week, and look forward to continuing the conversations & updates as we quantify our revenue potentials and develop our pre-seed/seed round

  • We have defined our immediate KPIs

  • Set a schedule for our first round of lab and performance tests for each our our CCUS solutions 

  THE ASK

  We are looking for introductions for strategic partners and investors as we are considering offering our pre-seed/seed round.

Our CarbonTech & off-grid DAC machines are currently unmatched, considering the minimal impact on the environment & required resources

  • Lowest cost per ton of CO2 removed from DAC & most environmentally friendly solution that will also benefit the eco-cement & concrete industry.

  • We can get 3.667 times more CO2 in each -federally regulated weight- truck load

  • Can be positioned on a roadway or connected to a train (vented and solar powered)

TIMELINES & QUANTIFIABLE CO2 REMOVAL

REMOVE, REUSE, RELEASE

- Time to produce and deploy each DAC: 21 days to construct & 3 days to deploy

- Time required to remove 300,000,000 tons of CO2 and number of DAC machines
   needed to reach the goal by 2028:

  • Cycle time : average of 10 days based on average sun exposure & CO2 concentration of strategic placement locations = 36.5 cycles per year per DAC

  • Tons removed per each cycle of each DAC machine = 104 estimated
    104 tons of CO2 removal per cycle x 36.5 = 3,796 tons per DAC per year

  • Total  DAC Machines needed to reach goal of 300,000,000 tons:
    (7 years x 3,796 = 26,572) = 11,290 DAC machines to reach initial goal

 With our  proprietary method of CCS and process of compressing the CO2 to optimize cycle load,

 the byproduct we will be releasing back into the atmosphere is Oxygen (CO2 compression company)


 

***Additionally, our DAC machines will also remove other toxic emissions and PM2.5, further helping to protect the communities & enhance our environment.  

 

***Increases in CO2 offsets per cycle when we get a variance to increase the current federal limit of 80 Gross Tons per load.
